  • Check-In: 4pm. There is no check-in office; guests go directly to the cabin. Door code is sent via email after all payments are made, with a reminder sent a week before stay.
  • Check-Out: 10am.
  • No check-ins or check-outs are allowed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.

Property Access

  • No check-in office; guests go directly to the cabin. Door code is sent after all payments are made, with a reminder sent a week before stay.

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age: 21 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • Pets allowed. Prior disclosure and approval required. Pets must be crated when owners are not present. Pets must be leashed when outside and waste must be cleaned up and disposed of appropriately. Some restrictions may apply.

    • Inclement Weather: Option to cancel or move dates due to certain weather conditions.
    • Damage Coverage: Covers up to $250 of unintentional property damage. Damages exceeding $250, intentional or unintentional, will be charged to the card on file.
